Seeking to Hire a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Lacey, WA

Sunbelt is partnering with a local school district, and we are seeking to hire a full-time Speech Language Pathologist in Lacey, WA . The position is set to begin for the 20252026 school year and will involve working across two school campuses.

Hours : Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Caseload : PreK12, 2 assigned school locations

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct evaluations and assessments

• Implement IEP services

• Deliver individual and group therapy

• Provide RTI and early intervention support

• Collaborate with classroom teachers and families

• Follow district, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications :

• Masters in SLP or Communication Sciences

• Valid WA ESA Credential

• CCC-SLP preferred

• Experience with IEP writing and service delivery preferred
