Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Loughman, FL
Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Loughman, Florida. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students communication and learning needs
Provide direct therapy services in both one-on-one and small group settings
Collaborate with teachers, families, school staff, and administrators to support student progress
Maintain accurate and timely records, including evaluations, progress notes, and IEP documentation
Track student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed
Ensure compliance with Florida state and federal regulations, as well as district policies
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Active Florida SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
