A dynamic opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) to provide support within a K-12 educational setting. This contract position is situated in Winters, CA, serving students across all grade levels with individualized speech and language therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings to identify students speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with district policies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
- Provide guidance and education to classroom staff on speech and language interventions.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Completion of graduate-level degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Eligibility for or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status.
- Knowledge of speech and language development across childhood.
- Experience or interest in working in an educational setting with children from diverse backgrounds.

- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining quality of care.
