Physical Therapist

Position Summary
Provides Physical Therapy services to patients/clients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. This position may include Physical Therapy provision in the outpatient, inpatient or home health settings. Supervisory experience may be required.

Qualifications
1. Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
2. Valid Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners License.
3. CPR certification a plus.
4. Supervisory experience a plus.
5. Verbal and written communication skills in English.
6. Knowledge of Physical Therapy and practice.
7. Thorough knowledge of body mechanics and approved lifting techniques.
8. Basic computer skills.
