Crested Butte Clinic Receptionist/PT Aide: Provides secretarial and clerical support to the Rehabilitation Services Department located in the Ore Bucket Building in Crested Butte. Responsible for coordination of patient information and billing information. Provides support to the physical therapist, occupational therapist and speech pathologist with patient treatments as directed.

Education: High School Graduate
Experience: Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Licenses/Certification: Maintenance of current CPR or BLS. (Will provide training if needed)
Essential Functions:
- Greets all rehab patients and visitors immediately upon entering the department in a friendly and welcoming way.
- Answers and routes all calls to for the department.
- Prepares new patient charts per established guidelines including appropriate paperwork and required insurance information.
- Registers new outpatients, obtaining all pertinent insurance and demographic information.
- Tracks Patient Progress forms sent for physician signature.
- Tracks rehab visit statistics.
- Maintains clean, safe and efficient treatment areas for patient care.
- Tracks need and orders supplies, tracks receipt of orders and organizes supply areas.
- Will be expected to come to Gunnison for coverage as needed.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00/hr, depending on experience.
Shift - Day
