Your Role- Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess the unique needs of your patients and devise individualized therapy strategies aimed at helping them realize their functional capabilities.
- Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday living tasks.
- Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods to ensure continual support and progress at home.
- Track Progress and Adapt Programs: Regularly document clinical outcomes and modify treatment interventions as needed, to keep patients on their path to recovery.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Ongoing education or post-clearing certifications welcomed and encouraged
- Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
