Job Duties

• Craft Personalized Therapy Strategies: Assess patients individual needs and devise tailored treatment plans to support their functional objectives.

• Engage with Healthcare Teams: Collaborate closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Instruct patients and their families on therapy strategies to promote continued success at home.
• Monitor Progress and Document Outcomes: Keep track of patients' developmental milestones and adjust treatments accordingly to ensure effective progress.

Educational Requirements

• Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Opportunities for further education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Required Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary.
