Travel Occupational Therapist - Inpatient

American Traveler seeks an Occupational Therapist for an inpatient and acute care rehab position with weekday day shifts and 1-2 years of experience required.

• Work primarily in an acute care hospital setting with occasional inpatient rehab responsibilities
• Monday to Friday day shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Will perform evaluations and treatment sessions for acute care patients
• May assist in the Inpatient Rehab unit as needed
• Floating to similar units within scope may be required based on facility needs
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Will provide evaluations for COTAs and guidance on patient care plans
• No travel pairs or groups will be considered
• Former perm staff must have at least 1 year separation before returning as a traveler
• Locals within a 50-mile radius are not accepted
• No more than 3 days of requested time off will be automatically approved, and no time off is permitted during the first week of orientation
• Modules are completed onsite during orientation and recorded via transcripts

• Current BLS certification required
• NBCOT certification and Kansas State OT license required in hand
• 1-2 years of Occupational Therapy experience required
• Experience evaluating and guiding COTAs on care plans
• License required if applicable
