Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional ambitions.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ proven methods to enhance patients motor capabilities, cognitive functioning, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide training to patients and their families on therapeutic practices to promote continual progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Care: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies to keep patients on track towards their goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
