Category Schools - SLP - CFY Job Type Contract Located in Naperville, IL, an early childhood educational setting is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year and summer. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide specialized support to young children within a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess communication skills in early childhood students. Provide speech and language therapy services to children with a range of disabilities and disorders affecting learning. Collaborate closely with special education professionals to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs. Maintain accurate documentation, write detailed reports, and participate in necessary meetings to support student progress. Qualifications: Master's Degree (M.S. or M.A.) in Communication Disorders. Licensed or license-eligible for the state of Illinois. Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) certification. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Experience working as a school-based or pediatric-focused SLP is highly desirable. Ability to work approximately 35-37.5 hours per week during the contract period from August 2025 through May 2026.
