A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with California certification is needed to support K-12 students in a Rainbow, CA school setting. This contract position offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive speech and language services across a diverse pediatric caseload in a dynamic educational environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and delivering individualized speech therapy to approximately 26 students.
- Developing and implementing effective therapy plans tailored to meet each students communication needs.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining compliance with school and state guidelines.
- Providing services through various formats, including teletherapy, when appropriate.
Required qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification (SLP - CA).
- Experience working in healthcare, pediatrics, and school settings.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is preferred.
- Competence in teletherapy techniques and tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
