A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available working with K-12 students in a school setting located in Fremont, CA. This is a contract role with a duration spanning the next school year. The caseload includes approximately 45 students requiring occupational therapy services.
Qualifications and Certifications:
- Valid California Occupational Therapy License (CA OT License) is required
- Experience working in a school-based setting with K-12 students preferred
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 5 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments for students with diverse needs
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Documenting therapy sessions and maintaining accurate records
- Providing support to students to enhance their educational participation and independence
