Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Homewood, IL

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position within a supportive school district located in Homewood, Illinois. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by delivering individualized speech and language services that promote students communication skills, academic growth, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify students communication needs

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans and goals

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across various grade levels

• Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective educational plans

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

• Support the development of communication skills to enhance academic and social outcomes

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure

• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and collaboration
