We are an outpatient Rehabilitation Facility that specializes in Physical and Occupational Therapy. Screen and Evaluate patients to assess therapy needsProvide therapy (develop/modify treatment plans) and re-evaluations as neededComplete initial evaluation for all newly-referred patients, making recommendations as appropriateDevelop treatment plan as required in the areas of physical therapyProvide training to PTA's or other staff involved in providing therapy and assure completion of therapy servicesComplete and/or review required documentation of therapy servicesParticipate in professional meetings as assignedQualifications:

Graduated from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy AssociationActive license in the state of FloridaAbility to exercise initiative and independent judgementCurrent BLS/CPR card
