This role is essential for fostering the developmental skills necessary for students to thrive both academically and socially. With a focus on delivering high-quality care through virtual platforms, the ideal candidate will be adaptable and committed to each student's success. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group teletherapy sessions to students across four buildings. Develop and implement tailored intervention plans based on student assessments and needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to track student progress and adjust plans accordingly. Utilize digital tools and resources effectively to engage students during therapy sessions. Maintain accurate documentation and records of therapy sessions and student progress. Offer guidance and support to school staff regarding occupational therapy strategies and best practices. Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid state licensure and/or certification in Occupational Therapy. Experience in a school setting, preferably with high school students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually. Proficient in using telehealth platforms and digital assessment tools.
