Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract We are currently seeking Certified Paraprofessionals to join our team and support our students in achieving academic and personal success. Position Overview: The Certified Paraprofessional will work under the supervision of a certified teacher or specialist to assist in the instruction and support of students with a variety of needs. This includes academic, behavioral, and/or physical assistance, both in and out of the classroom. Responsibilities: Assist in delivering instructional materials and strategies to students. Provide support to individual students and small groups. Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning environment. Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and administrators. Support students with special needs, including those with IEPs or 504 plans. Document and report student progress to the supervising teacher. Assist with non-instructional duties such as supervision during lunch, recess, or transportation. Qualifications: Must hold valid Paraprofessional Certification in MN High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred. Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students' educational growth. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly wage based on experience and education.
