Speech Language Pathologist (PRN)

Our Speech Language Pathologist reports to the Rehabilitation Director and supports Edgerton Hospital by performing the following duties: Provides specialized speech therapy services to address communication, voice, language, cognitive, swallowing, and speech needs of a patient. Works closely with other rehab staff along with various hospital departments to assure the delivery of quality patient care. Educates the family of patients and other health care team members by incorporating health maintenance, disease process, and discharge planning. May on occasion supervise affiliating students. Requirements Current licensure as a Speech and Language Pathologist in the State of Wisconsin Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Membership in professional group or organization is encouraged BLS prior to independent patient care
