This position offers flexibility for both part-time and full-time schedules across a full school year contract. The role is ideal for professionals experienced in pediatric occupational therapy within educational environments, who are comfortable delivering services both in-person and through a hybrid model. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring tailored to individual student needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Utilize therapeutic techniques to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills within the school environment. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with educational and clinical standards. Adapt intervention strategies to accommodate in-person and virtual instructional formats. Qualifications & Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with a background in school-based therapy from kindergarten through 12th grade. Experience working in educational settings providing direct student services. Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with school staff and families. Ability to manage time effectively in both in-person and hybrid service delivery. Location: Longview, Washington, serving K-12 school populations. This contracted position does not offer vocational rehabilitation settings and requires presence on-site or hybrid involvement.
