Travel Occupational Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for an acute care hospital position with float requirements in Michigan.

• Acute care hospital setting with potential to float to additional affiliated hospitals as needed
• Day shift schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
• No call or weekend requirements
• Floating required to nearby affiliated hospitals
• Patient population includes acute hospital cases
• Modules are completed during orientation and annually, with 8 self-reported, non-billable hours
• Return staff eligible after a 6-month interval
• No radius restrictions for local candidates; locals are accepted at the same rate
• Travelers are prioritized for float assignments

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of relevant acute care experience required
• Proof of flu vaccination required, with exemption requests to be submitted within 48 hours of contract signing
