A full-time Physical Therapist (PT) is needed in Eatonville, WA for the 2025-2026 school year. This onsite-only position serves a PreK-12 caseload of approximately 50 students. The PT will assess, plan, and provide therapy services to support student mobility, access, and independence within educational settings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct physical therapy evaluations Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Deliver direct and consultative services Collaborate with school staff, families, and service providers Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy Washington State PT license (or eligibility) Experience with pediatric/school populations preferred Strong communication and organizational skills
