Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in various healthcare settings
• Develop treatment plans and interventions based on individual patient needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct care planning and discharge planning for patients
• Work with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics

Required Skills:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with a Master's degree
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of mental health counseling and behavioral health interventions

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in home care and outpatient settings
• Knowledge of care planning for patients with addictions and trauma
• Understanding of anxiety and therapeutic interventions

Salary and Benefits:

• Flexible work hours as a PRN employee
• Competitive salary range from $140,000 to $160,000
