About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and driven Physical Therapist to join our Taunton team in a full-time or part-time outpatient role. You'll work with adult neurological patients in a supportive setting, helping them improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.
Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with flexible hours no nights or weekends required (though optional hours may be discussed during hiring).
What You'll Do
Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver physical therapy interventions and track progress
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
Collaborate closely with physicians and other clinicians
Document care accurately and thoroughly
Participate in a team-focused culture with opportunities for mentorship
What We're Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
Experience in neurology or outpatient settings is a plus but not required
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Enthusiasm for helping patients achieve their goals
Interest in working in a fast-paced, patient-centered outpatient environment
