Physical Therapist - Inpatient

• Evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans for patients with diverse needs in both inpatient and outpatient care
• Delivering therapeutic interventions such as exercise, manual therapy, and modality-based treatment
• Tracking patient progress and adapting plans to ensure optimal outcomes
• Working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, whole-person care
• Educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies for long-term mobility and wellness
• Supporting a culture of health, activity, and prevention across patient populations

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Washington State
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
