More about our team PRN Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team and provide skilled care in our Adult Acute Care location. Opportunity for exposure to other areas in the facility including Adult Outpatient Therapy, Pediatrics, and Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation.

How you'll contribute

A Physical Therapist who excels in this role:

• Implements treatment plan developed by supervising therapist using appropriate modalities.

• Monitors patient's responses to the treatment plan. Regularly communicates patient progress and possible goal revisions to the physical therapist.

• Documents services provided and patient response/progress.

• Educates the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits.

• Assists with patient discharge planning. Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and community support programs.

What we're looking for

• Education: Associate's degree Required; Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required

• Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Montana

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
