As a Speech-Language Pathologist, youll play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapy services to children and young adults. Your responsibilities will include planning and leading 30-minute therapy sessions, conducting initial assessments and re-evaluations, and maintaining accurate documentation of treatment progress. Collaboration is keyyoull work closely with parents, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other professionals to align treatment goals and create a comprehensive care plan. Youll also participate in ongoing professional development and training, ensuring you stay at the forefront of best practices in speech therapy. Maintaining a clean and organized therapy space, adhering to supply maintenance protocols, and ensuring HIPAA compliance are all essential parts of your role. Additionally, youll supervise students, clinical fellows, and new hires, support seamless client transitions, and provide coverage for colleagues when needed. Beyond individual therapy, youll contribute to broader clinic initiatives that enhance the impact of therapy services across the organization.

Skills and Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and interventions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. null
