This is a combined posting for a Neonatal Occupational Therapist and a Neonatal Physical Therapist. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. The pediatric rehabilitation services occupational therapist delivers and supervises others in the delivery of services to children, birth to 18 years old. Services provided upon referral include evaluations, developing individual treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes, implementation of the treatment program, reassessment of treatment results and discharge planning. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, appropriate disciplines, and family centered, involving family, caregivers and patient. These services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts for occupational therapists, and current accepted state of the art practice.
The physical therapist (PT) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of physical therapy services. The PT performs evaluations and develops individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implements the plans of care and reassesses treatment results, and actively participates in discharge planning. Services are delivered within the framework of a team approach, including appropriate disciplines, significant others and the patient. Provision of care for pediatric adolescent orthopedic patients may be required. Coverage of both inpatient and outpatient services may be required at the Ballard and Issaquah clinics. These services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, policies and procedures, national and professional standards, state practice acts, and current accepted state of the art practice.

Neonatal Occupational Therapist
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience
- Experience with Neonatal patients in a occupational therapist role
Occupational Therapist Salary Range: Min: $46.57; Max: $72.29
Neonatal Physical Therapist
Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: A graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy.
- Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Neonatal patients in a phystical therapist role
Physical Therapist Salary Range: Min:$49.40; Max: $76.68
