Summary

SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Senior Physical Therapists, provides quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities.

Physical Therapist role in a progressive and busy outpatient therapy clinic. Hours will be 4- 10 hour days, 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday with day off to be determined at time of hire. We focus on 1:1 patient to therapist care with a dynamic team focused on orthopedic, neurological and general conditioning. We would welcome a pelvic floor trained therapist to this role, but would also consider other strong applicants with a positive attitude and great patient care PT skills.

Currently weekend and holiday requirement is 2 weekend days per year for holiday and 1 holiday per year for acute care at NKC Health. Would be cross-trained in acute care for this 3-day support need.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written,verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), PT (Physical Therapist)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Physical Therapy
