Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them realize their functional aspirations

• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide guidance on therapy techniques to empower patients and families to support continued progress at home
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Document clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain focused on their goals

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Licensing and Certification

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
