Key Responsibilities Provide Tailored Therapy: Deliver individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy virtually for K-12 students in one-on-one or small-group settings. Conduct Assessments: Perform detailed evaluations to identify communication needs and recommend targeted interventions. Develop and Manage IEPs: Create and maintain personalized goals and therapy plans aligned with state and federal requirements. Collaborate for Success: Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure students receive comprehensive support. Track and Report Progress: Document student performance, therapy outcomes, and IEP updates with accuracy and timeliness. Participate in Meetings: Attend virtual IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations for ongoing student success. Leverage Technology: Utilize secure teletherapy platforms and digital resources to enhance therapy sessions and student engagement. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current state SLP license. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Preferred: Two or more years of school-based experience. Solid understanding of IEP processes and requirements. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Comfort and proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and technology. Technology Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection. Desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks not supported). Ability to complete a quick tech screening to confirm compatibility with our teletherapy platform.
