*Job Overview:*
This is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist to join a dedicated team providing comprehensive rehabilitative care to a diverse community. In this role, the Physical Therapist evaluates and treats individuals with physical and developmental challenges through a wide range of therapeutic interventions. This position focuses on promoting patient independence and well-being by designing and overseeing personalized rehabilitation plans.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with physical or developmental conditions.
* Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques to restore and enhance physical function.
* Oversee comprehensive rehabilitation programs that address physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors.
* Support patients and caregivers by promoting self-determination and connecting them with appropriate resources to achieve optimal independence.
* Interpret clinical data to adjust treatment plans as needed for patients across the lifespan.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and outcomes.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (required).
* Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (preferred).
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required at the time of hire).
* Less than one year of physical therapy experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Strong understanding of patient care across the lifespan.
* Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care in a collaborative environment.
