EMIT Learning is looking for a passionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Job Description Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)Location: [Woodlake, CA 93286]Job Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract]Schedule: [MondayFriday, School Hours] Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication skills
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as needed
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning (for school-based roles)
  • Stay up to date with current best practices, tools, and therapies in the SLP field. etc.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or CFY considered)
  • Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Preferred Experience
  • School-based SLP or early intervention experience
  • Familiarity with IEPs, goal writing, and progress reporting
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
