Position Overview:
Were seeking a motivated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services remotely as an independent contractor, serving Arkansas school districts. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule while helping students improve their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized speech therapy sessions via telepractice to K-12 students in Arkansas public and private schools.

• Conduct speech and language evaluations, develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.

• Collaborate remotely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress.

• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and any required training.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Current Arkansas state licensure or eligibility for licensure.

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.

• Experience with telepractice preferred or willingness to be trained.

• Strong communication and time-management skills.

• Commitment to working independently and managing your own caseload.
