We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to provide itinerant services for students in the Salisbury area. You will work across multiple schools and community settings, supporting students motor skills, mobility, and participation.

Key Duties:

• Conduct evaluations and document therapy needs

• Deliver interventions aligned with IEP/504 plans

• Collaborate with educators and families on accessibility

• Oversee assistants and adaptive equipment use

• Maintain compliance and thorough documentation

Qualifications:

• Current Connecticut Physical Therapy License

• Strong collaboration and organizational skills

• Willingness to travel between sites
