School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) Near Meriden, CT

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a on-site role in Berlin, CT to provide therapy services to K12 students during the 20252026 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy aligned with K-12 students' IEP goals

• Conduct evaluations and participate in IEP meetings

• Develop and implement treatment plans

• Collaborate with educators, families, and staff

• Maintain accurate documentation per state and district guidelines

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapy License required

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to manage a K12 caseload
