Hiring Urgently! Part-Time School Physical Therapist (PT) Near Kensington, CT

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our special education team in Kensington, Connecticut for the 20252026 school year . This is a part-time, on-site position focused on providing physical therapy services to K12 students in a collaborative and student-centered school environment.

The PT will support students in developing mobility, strength, and motor skills to enhance their participation in school activities and routines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services aligned with students' IEP goals

• Conduct evaluations and participate in IEP meetings and planning

• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress

• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapy License (required)

• Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Comfortable working with a K12 student population
