What we are looking for: Metro's Speech Department continues to grow and we're hiring a dedicated per diem SLP to work within a combination of Assisted Living Facilities, Outpatient, and home Care settings in and around the Ardsley area. Job Type: Per Diem Schedule: Super flexible! Setting: Mix of Home Care, ALF & Outpatient Location: In and around Ardsley, NY Pay rate: $65/hour Requirements Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York or eligible. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan. Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care. Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications Salary Description $65/hour
