This contract role spans the new school year, starting August 25th, and offers an opportunity to work 40 hours per week, providing both in-person and teletherapy services to students. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to elementary students, addressing fine motor and gross motor skill development. Collaborate with educators to support individualized education programs (IEPs) within a resource classroom environment. Utilize teletherapy and home health methods as appropriate to enhance student progress. Maintain thorough documentation and communication with school staff and families. Open to working as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) under supervision. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with relevant school or healthcare experience. Expertise in pediatric occupational therapy, particularly in school-based settings. Proficiency in delivering therapy to support fine and gross motor skills development.
