Physical Therapist

Pride Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to support our client&s medical facility based in Silverdale, WA . This is a 26-week opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details:

• A Physical Therapist (PT) assesses and develops treatment plans for patients to help them regain movement, reduce pain, and improve physical function.
• Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, administering therapeutic exercises, providing hands-on treatment, and documenting progress.
• Performs clinical assessment to identify patient needs and appropriateness of patient.
• Revise the POC based on evaluation, ongoing assessment data. Works in consultation with the physician and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Plan and provide appropriate treatment for neuromuscular, neurological and orthopedic disorders based on medical referral and therapy assessments.
• Performs and oversees other team members, when applicable, in the performance of patient care that is consistent with the patient&s needs and desires.
• Applies concepts of infection control and universal precautions in coordinating/performing patient care activities to prevent contamination and transmission of disease.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program
• Current WA State License as a Physical Therapist - Required
• Proof of current CPR certification - Required
• Current driver&s license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
• 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
• Previous home care experience - Preferred

• Schedule: 26 weeks
• Start Date: 07/21/2025 (Client is flexible with the Start Date)
• Pay Range/Salary Range: $2,512.40/wk.
