Position Overview:

• Location: Country Club Hills, Illinois area

• Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 3:30 PM

• Start/End Dates: ASAP June 2026

• Setting: Multiple programs across district (on-site only)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct therapy and consultative services

• Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to support student mobility and access

• Document services and progress per IEP compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred

• Ability to work across various age groups and functional levels

• Team-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills
