A K-12 school in Chincoteague Island, VA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide specialized services within the school setting. This contract position runs for the school year and offers a structured workweek with consistent hours.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and school requirements
• Support students in achieving their educational and developmental goals through tailored interventions

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Virginia Occupational Therapy license
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred; background in home health or healthcare settings is a plus
• Knowledge of best practices for pediatric occupational therapy services

Work Schedule & Details:

• 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
