Job Description
  • Craft Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized treatment strategies aimed at helping them achieve their functional aspirations.
  • Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday activities.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive, all-encompassing care.
  • Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic methods to encourage progress and independence at home.
  • Track Progress and Revise Treatments: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track toward their goals.
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.
Certifications
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
