Rehab Program Manager/DOR

Overview

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Dwyer Home in South Weymouth, MA is seeking its next employee-owner.

We can only accept clinical candidates - Physical Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech Language Pathologist (must have CCC's).

Responsibilities

As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager), you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA, PT, COTA, OT, or SLP).
• Hold a valid state license.
• Previous managerial experience preferred
• At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience
