Job Responsibilities
  • Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patients needs and tailor therapy plans that align with their functional ambitions

  • Engage with Diverse Care Teams: Partner with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide integrated, comprehensive care
  • Guide Patients and Families: Educate individuals and their loved ones on therapy strategies to ensure their continued progress at home
  • Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical advancements and modify treatment as necessary to keep patients on path
Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Additional training or certifications after graduation are welcomed and supported
Certifications
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential
