Full-Time / Part-Time | K-12 Age Groups | CFs Welcome! | On-Site Only Job Summary: We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our collaborative school-based team in Chula Vista, CA . We have 1.5 open positions , including 1 full-time and 1 part-time opportunity, supporting students across K-12 age groups . These are on-site positions with no remote or hybrid options available. Whether you're an experienced SLP or a Clinical Fellow (CF) looking to start your career in a supportive educational environment, we encourage you to apply! Position Details: Openings : 1 Full-Time (Split between 2 school sites) 0.5 Part-Time (Supporting another SLP at a third school site) Student Population : K-12 age groups Diverse caseload and service delivery models (to be discussed in interview) Support : Collaborative team environment CF supervision available No SLPA support at this time Location : All services are provided on-site at school locations within Chula Vista, CA Easy access to local amenities and public transportation Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech-language assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide direct therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders Collaborate with general and special education teachers, school psychologists, and parents Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid California Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFs encouraged to apply School-based experience preferred but not required Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams Benefits (for full-time positions): Competitive compensation (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off and holidays Professional development and CFY supervision Supportive and collaborative school environment
Compensation for this position ranges from $55 to $60 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
