Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A K-12 school in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team for the current school year (CSY) on a contract basis. This role focuses on providing comprehensive speech and language services to students across all grade levels, supporting their communication development within the educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to K-12 students Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to optimize student outcomes Document progress and maintain accurate treatment records according to school and regulatory standards Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working in healthcare and pediatric settings preferred Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery models Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience Prior experience in school-based speech-language pathology desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and multidisciplinary teams This contract position offers the opportunity to apply specialized clinical skills in a dynamic educational setting, providing essential support to students' communication needs throughout the school year.
