• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs to design tailored therapy strategies that help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients motor skills, cognitive abilities, and capability in daily activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapy methods to facilitate continued progress outside the clinical environment
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor therapeutic outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients stay on their path to recovery

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications welcomed and supported

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required

• Strong passion for aiding individuals and a deep commitment to helping others achieve their fullest potential
