Christiana Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide Occupational Therapy for individuals requiring rehabilitation after injury or illness.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs comprehensive patient evaluation to determine need for skilled occupational therapy services

• Develops and implements appropriate treatment programs which include patient and family specific goals

• Provides patient and family education and training

• Completes all documentation related to patient care accurately and timely

• Demonstrates awareness of Patient and Family Centered Care principles and incorporates into all patient and family interactions

Education and experience requirements:

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Licensure or license eligibility in the State of Delaware as an Occupational Therapist
• CPR Certification
• AOTA preferred
