We are seeking a 40-hour Rehabilitation Aide for our Needham location (free parking!). This full-time, 40-hour per week role is a key part of our care team, offering essential support to our therapists and playing an integral role in helping patients on their path to recovery. This is an immediate hire with initial training provided in Waltham/Boston before the Needham clinic opens in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment throughout the day. Assisting with cleaning equipment and mats/tables in a timely manner for quick turnover for patient use. Monitoring and maintaining daily stock of designated patient care supplies
- Performing inventory for departmental needs, submitting ordering sheets to supervisor for approval, and placing orders through online system. Organize orders and store them in appropriate and designated places when they arrive.
- Ensuring all equipment is in working order and perform weekly and monthly maintenance for equipment. Communicating with staff regarding equipment or patient care supplies issues.
- Assisting Physical/Occupational Therapists and Assistants in patient care tasks determined as routine or assisting as a safeguard to patient care and under direct supervision and instruction by the therapist or therapist assistant.
- Setting up treatment area with necessary equipment, under instruction by therapist or therapist assistant.
- Answering, screening and routing telephone calls, and greeting and directing visitors. Scheduling patients for appointments and procedures, coordinating appointments, procedures, or referrals with other departments or institutions as necessary. Recording appointments on scheduling systems.
- Collecting and organizing medical records, information, materials and supplies required for appointments or procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma/GED
Experience:
- One year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting highly preferred
