Description

• Assess and evaluate patients in inpatient and outpatient environments, formulating customized treatment strategies
• Implement physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and functionality
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to optimize patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives and home exercise regimens

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
