Position Details Weekly Schedule: 35-37.5 hours per week including therapy sessions and documentation Grade Levels: Pre-K through 12th grade with focus on elementary and middle school students Caseload: 45-55 students across multiple school districts Service Delivery: Individual and small group virtual therapy sessions Therapy Areas: Articulation and phonology, language development, fluency disorders, voice therapy, social communication skills, and augmentative communication support Core Responsibilities Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services through secure virtual platforms, conducting thorough evaluations to determine student needs and develop targeted intervention plans. You'll create engaging teletherapy sessions that address articulation errors, language delays, fluency challenges, and social communication deficits. Regular progress monitoring and data collection ensure therapy effectiveness and guide treatment modifications. Collaboration with teachers, parents, and educational teams is essential for carryover of communication skills across environments. Your role includes developing and implementing IEP goals, writing detailed evaluation reports, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings. You'll adapt traditional therapy materials for virtual delivery, utilize interactive online tools to maintain student engagement, and provide consultation to classroom teachers regarding communication accommodations and strategies. Essential Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program

Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Active New Hampshire speech-language pathology license in good standing

Minimum 2 years of school-based experience providing SLP services

Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery preferred

Strong technology skills and reliable high-speed internet connection

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for remote collaboration

Virtual Therapy Requirements Successful candidates must demonstrate proficiency with video conferencing software, screen sharing capabilities, and interactive therapy applications. Experience creating digital therapy materials and maintaining student attention in virtual environments is highly valued. A quiet, professional home office space with optimal lighting and minimal distractions is required for effective therapy delivery. Technical Competencies This remote position requires comfort with electronic documentation systems, virtual assessment tools, and digital therapy resources.
